Yes. My Challenge has been designed to be accessible to everyone. You will be able to adapt each exercise, depending on your level and ability.

Can the program be practiced in a gym?

Yes. It can be done in the gym as well as at home. Depending on each person's abilities and desires. It is essential that you feel comfortable wherever you will be doing your exercises.

If you have problems with certain joints such as the knees, wrists or others, how can you practice the workouts?

There are exercises adapted according to the difficulty. Each exercise has its own description, in order to perform the movement as best as possible, without injuring yourself.
